We offer a 40 year product guarantee on our Easy Roof System products. The installation must consist of: Easy Roof System Products, Permavent DRY and Permalap tape. For more information please contact our office.
If you would like to return a product you must notify us within 14 days.
We will arrange collection and pay the cost of return if products are faulty or were damaged in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible.
In all other cases you will need to arrange the collection and pay the cost of return.
We will refund you with 14 days from the day we receive product and we will use the same payment method as the purchase.
